Abcoude

Abcoude is a town in the province of Utrecht. It lies about 13 km to the south-east of (the centre of) Amsterdam. Abcoude is located in ‘the green heart’, and home to the Ronde Venen, which provide magnificent cycling, hiking and sailing opportunities. Abcouder lake has a direct connection by water to Amsterdam and the Vinkeveense and Loosdrechtse lakes.
