Living nice and quiet in Amsterdam! This stylish, spacious and comfortable family home is located in a car-free courtyard with a playground in front. Here your children can grow up freely and safely. The house has a bright living room and a south-facing garden, three bedrooms and a wonderful loft. The house is situated in the De Bongerd district in Tuindorp Oostzaan. Childcare and primary school can be found within a few minutes' walk, while secondary education is within walking or cycling distance.

The ferry across the IJ is nearby, so you can quickly reach the center of Amsterdam, which is also easily accessible by bike! Near the ferry you will find many restaurants and the beloved NDSM wharf. The supermarket for daily groceries is within walking distance of the house. Various sports clubs and city parks are easily accessible by bicycle. The bus stop is within walking distance of the house, and by car you can quickly reach the A10 ring road, which offers connections to the A1, A2, A4, A5 and A8 motorways, among others. You can drive to Schiphol Airport in around 25 minutes.

Layout: through the front garden you reach the front door. Entrance with wardrobe and meter box, access to the neatly tiled wall-mounted toilet with hand basin, staircase to the first floor and living room with open kitchen. The bright living room is garden-oriented and has a glass front with double doors to the garden. The modern, self-designed kitchen is situated at the front. The kitchen was designed by an architect. It has fronts of natural poplar wood and the following equipment is present: a dishwasher, an induction cooker, an extractor hood and an oven/microwave combination. Daylight enters through a large window that extends to the floor. The walls and ceilings on the ground floor have a sleek finish and the floor is leveled (this is a great basis for, if desired, a floor of your choice). You have underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

First floor: via a fixed staircase you reach the landing of the first floor. Here you will find three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house and one at the front, next to the bathroom. All rooms have a sleek finish and receive sufficient daylight. On the floor is egaline with a coating. In the spacious bathroom you will find a bath tub with hand shower, a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with double sink and mirror and a wall-mounted toilet. The stylish bathroom has a light blue tiling.

Second floor: you reach the second floor with a fixed staircase. Here you will find the connections for washing machine and dryer, an additional washbasin and a spacious, light play/hobby/guest room with a dormer window at the rear. You will also find extra storage space here. The loft is accessible via a loft ladder.

Garden: the house has a narrow front garden, where you can place a seat. You then have a view of the playground and the inner garden. The sheltered back garden is playfully tiled with paving stones and gravel tiles and has narrow borders and a number of green shrubs. In the summer you can place a nice lounge area here, and a dining table for eating outside. There is a wooden storage shed with electricity and the garden has a back entrance.

There is ample free parking space around the house.

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.
