Fantastic ground-floor apartment (ca. 92m² including storage space). Light-filled, very spacious three-room apartment with high ceilings, a wonderful ambiance, and a lovely terrace situated on a quiet corner overlooking the water in the popular Oud West/De Hallen district!

This apartment with its practical layout is on the ground floor. With its corner situation and many windows, there is lots of daylight to be enjoyed in every room. This welcoming, beautifully maintained apartment is on freehold property. The large basement and comfortable terrace add to its charms. In short, a fantastic apartment in one of the most popular parts of Amsterdam.

The apartment has a private entrance with authentic front door giving onto the hallway, which encompasses ample storage space and a large separate toilet. The light-filled living room is remarkably wide and deep and boasts a spacious ambiance, thanks to the high ceilings and many windows overlooking the canal. The semi open-plan kitchen features a five-burner gas stove and built-in Siemens appliances. The kitchen gives onto the beautifully appointed garden with comfortable terrace. The large master bedroom features a walk-in-closet (which can also be set up as a nursery). This bedroom, too, has a door that gives onto the terrace. The second large bedroom is currently in use as a children’s room. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, washbasin and shower. The apartment also includes a separate storage space with washing machine facilities, and an ample, practical basement with window. There is a beautiful oak parquet floor throughout. This is definitely a must-see residence, so please contact us for an appointment.

The apartment is ideally situated overlooking the water, and literally around the corner from everything that Oud-West has to offer. The many neighbourhood shops on Bilderdijkstraat, De Clercqstraat and the Ten Kate Market are perfect for your daily groceries. The Vondel Park is within walking distance and the popular Food and Filmhallen are just around the corner. Specialty coffee at Lot Sixty One is a neighbourhood fixture, and The Breakfast Club, Spaghetteria, Van 't Spit, and the Rotisserie are just a few of the countless restaurants and cafés nearby. The recently renovated, child-friendly Bellamyplein square around the corner is a lovely spot to while away the time.
