Rise with the sun and watch the city come to life?
Look out over our stunning city's center, from Zuidas all the way to Pontsteiger?

All this and more. We proudly present this beautifully finished and perfectly maintained bright 30m2 studio apartment on the tenth (!) floor of the De Studio complex, with breathtaking views of Amsterdam's entire inner city.
This modern home was completed in 2015 as a part of an apartment complex following the renovation of the former GAK building. The studio is situated in the North Wing (part 1) facing the park and offers a truly spectacular view to the east of the entire city center. The well-maintained and contemporary complex features two elevators, a caretaker and a resident laundromat. The association's administration is professionally managed by an active and financially healthy association of owners.
Complex layout:
Common entrance with a large lobby with the mailboxes, caretaker, Miele Laundrette, stairs to the basement and 2 elevators. Electronic key tag door entry via the front door and the side of the complex. All upper level floors can exclusively be accessed by residents using this same system. There is a common bicycle parking facility and a private storage unit in the substructure of the building.

Tenth floor:
The sense of space of this east-facing studio is augmented by the beautiful tall windows, presenting a breathtaking view of the city. This bright home, overlooking the park, features beautiful vinyl flooring. The new kitchen, with white cabinets, is fitted with a 4-burner ceramic cooker, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a built-in combination oven with a microwave. This is by no means a standard kitchen, its dimensions are larger and the finishes are more luxurious. The bathroom is fully tiled and is fitted with a wall-mounted toilet, shower and vanity. The temperature in the studio is regulated by means of an underfloor heating and cooling system. The study meets the highest insulation standards, has glass fiber internet and a video-phone access system for the central lobby and the 10th-floor level. The windows feature aluminum frames and double glazing.

Ground lease:
The property is on ground lease land. The annual lease amounts to circa €726,44. This ground lease is subject to the general terms and conditions from 2000. The current lease period ends in 2063, lease is subject to annual indexation.

A stone's throw from a vibrant neighborhood, a wide range of shops, supermarkets and countless restaurants and cafes. Erasmuspark and Westerpark are within walking distance. Connectivity is excellent, with numerous nearby public transportation options (bus, tram, metro) and close to the A10 beltway. The city center is a 15-minute bicycle ride from the apartment. And for drinks, an unparalleled cup of coffee or a wonderful place to get some work done "from home", hotspot ‘Wilde Westen’ is in the complex!
