At an attractive location in Amsterdam-West, we offer this spacious and well-finished 3-room apartment of 97 m2 with its own covered parking space and a sunny balcony with wonderful unobstructed view over the Bos en Lommerplantsoen !!

This beautiful apartment is located on the third and fourth floor of the complex 'Collage'. This complex is well kown in former Bos en Lommer. Since 2008, the area between the old GAK building and the Erasmus Park has been almost completely redeveloped. The 'Collage' complex is seen as one of the pillars of the Bos & Lommerplantsoen metamorphosis. A dream place! It is therefore not surprising that the complex won the Zuiderkerk prize in 2009 for the best housing project. The location is ideal for public transport (Sloterdijk station around the corner) and the A10 ring road just steps away.

The complex is located on a pleasant park, where you can enjoy a drink and a snack in the sun until the late hours. For more privacy you also do this from your own spacious, sunny south-facing balcony that can be reached from the living room through a sliding door. The room-wide sliding door creates a lot of light and brings in the outside feeling.

3rd floor: Entrance, hall with large cupboard under the stairs, the laundry room, the first spacious bedroom and the bathroom which is equipped with a sink, shower and a bathtub. Via the stairs you reach the landing on the 4th floor. From the landing you reach a storage room, the boiler room, the second bedroom, the closed kitchen which is equipped with various appliances and finally the spacious living room. From the living room there is access to the balcony through a sliding door at the rear. The balcony is 5.15 m as wide as the living room and has a sunny location on the south.

Finally, there is a laminate floor throughout the entire house and the walls are tightly finished. In short; a well maintained and very complete home!

In the basement you have access to your own parking space in the closed parking garage. Also here is the storage room.

For a further impression of the layout you can view the enclosed floor plans.

Outside you will find a cozy and vibrant environment. In the neighborhood you can eat a nice snack at various restaurants, Bagels & Beans and Podium Mozaik. At the Podium Mozaik you can also enjoy art, culture and theater performances. Hot spots 'Westerpark' and 'De Hallen' for a unique Friday afternoon drink are just around the corner.

If you want to cook yourself, you will find three well-known supermarkets within walking distance and there are also various Eastern supermarkets. Sportplaza Mercator is close by for sports and relaxation, with both a gym and a swimming pool.

In addition, you can easily find your way to the center and, for example, the Jordaan, within 5 minutes by bike. The roads can also be reached by car in a few minutes, via the S104 and S105 ramps you can easily reach the A10 ring road.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.
