The apartment is in an ideal location: a quiet street on the edge of the Jordaan, literally around the corner of the Haarlemmerdijk with its cozy restaurants and shops. You can walk to the Noordermarkt and Lindegracht in five minutes, where there is a market on Saturdays and Mondays. Within a minutes you are on the Haarlemmerplein (HEMA, AH) where there is an organic market on Wednesday and if you continue for a minute, you are in the Westerpark. Even for a night at the movies you don't have to take the bike anymore; Cinema the Movies is just a few minutes walk away. The Central Station is a ten minute walk away, but can also be reached by bus (1 minute walk to bus stop, 3 bus lines).
Residents of the Haarlemmerdijk and adjacent streets have established a city village from which all kinds of activities are organized for and by residents. They also interfere intensively with the municipality's plans for the neighborhood.

To sum up, a fantastic place to live with it's only drawback being that you won't need to leave the area, because everything you need is a stone's throw away!
