Description

Looking for to a turn-key and directly available apartment? Come and have a look!

At a unique location, along the Sloterplas, 3 x 20 stylish new 1 bedroom apartments will be built, spread over three buildings. Fully finished design apartments that people can move into immediately and start enjoying this green, dynamic district. Everything has been thought of, from the screed floor to the kitchen, curtains and even the washer/dryer. Welcome to Burgemeester Hogguerstraat.

Interior designer, Maaike van Diemen had been closely involved in the design of these apartments, and with amazing results. Screed floors and custom-made closets lend each apartment a contemporary ambiance. Though yet modest, industrial yet comfortable. With the perfect finish. The homes are free of gas and provided with energy label A.

All owner-occupied apartments are on the first floor and accessible via a separate entrance. This entrance, imposing in design, shares the same appearance of the apartments. Via a covered gallery, which overlooks a verdant roof terrace, you reach your own residence.

Step into one of these single-bedroom apartments and experience immediately a feeling of space, which arises from thoughtful planning and high ceilings. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a fantastic view and wonderful light. Hogguers offers the ultimate in living comfort. The living surfaces are approximately 48 m2 to 52 m2. The purchase prices range from 319.000 to 352.500 V.O.N. (purchase costs are paid by the seller) and based on perpetual leasehold which is paid off.

Clear your mind after a busy day, or start the day right - filled with energy from a vigorous workout. It's all possible. Of course, you can opt for a walk along the Sloterplas, which is 5,8 kilometers long and always fascinating: the view over the water changes with the seasons. There is also the gym, tennis club and the Sloterpark pool. Getting out on the water is also possible, moor your boat at the marina on the corner. As for public transport and shops, everything is available on a walking distance.

MVA neighbourhood information: Slotermeer-Zuidwest

Geuzenveld was built during the 1950s and 1960s and is part of the western Garden-villages. Slotermeer was the first western garden village which was designed by the principles of the General Expansion Plan. This plan included building houses which had as much sun and natural sunlight as possible. A part of Slotermeer has a protected city view, which means that this part has a protected development plan and several other restrictions. The main reason for this protection is because this area is one of the greenest parts of Amsterdam with more than four parks available.
