Standing in front of the house it is hard to imagine what lies behind it! A beautiful thatched, very spacious house, an annex building with a sauna and a wonderfully landscaped garden. It is hard to find the right words to describe this house so please come and experience it yourself! Nevertheless we will give a short description of the house and its surroundings.

This gorgeous house is located in the village centre of Nieuwkoop on the ‘Nieuwkoopse Plassen’. There are plenty of recreational opportunities around Nieuwkoop: boat trips on the lakes, starting in your own garden and great bike rides! Nieuwkoop itself is a pleasant village with lots to offer. Ground floor

The electric fence (with alarm and camera surveillance) gives access to the front garden which has place to park several cars. The front and back garden are both beautifully landscaped under architecture (Joost Janson). The back garden has several green borders, a wooden veranda and in the back is a berth for your boat. From your own water you have direct access to the Nieuwkoopse Plassen! The annex building in the back of the garden is a great place to relax: is has a sauna and a shower.
