Layout: you reach the front door via the tiled front garden with a fence of modern stone baskets. First floor: via the stairs in a black and white color scheme you reach the landing of the first floor. Here you will find three bedrooms, a separate wall-mounted toilet and the bathroom. Here you will find the spacious fourth bedroom and a spacious landing with the connections for washing machine and dryer and a closet with the central heating system. The landing has a door to a spacious roof terrace, where you can create a nice lounge area.

Garden: the house has a front garden/driveway where you can park two cars. The house has a narrow side garden and a beautifully landscaped backyard. The sheltered backyard faces northeast, but you have sunshine here all day. You have a lot of privacy here and the garden is nicely balanced, part tiles, part terrace with composite wood and part artificial grass. The garden has extra electricity points.
