The building and apartment have been renovated in 2010 and additionally in 2017 and 2019. Behind the apartment door is a hall with doors to the living room and bedroom at the front. The living room is connected to the kitchen at the rear through stained glass en-suite doors. There is a large bedroom next to the kitchen. The third bedroom is located at the back of the kitchen, two steps down. The bathroom is accessible from the hall.
The living room with the balcony at the front have a beautiful view of the Amstel. The kitchen has a kitchen unit with built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer and combi-microwave oven. The luxury bathroom (2017) has a hanging toilet, walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, duo bath, towel-radiator, sink and washing machine connection (washing machine available).

The apartment is available for indefinite period with a minimum one year. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The deposit is 2 months rent. A leasecontract will be drawn up based on the ROZ model. The rent is adjusted annually from 1 July on the basis of price indices from Statistics Netherlands. No contract costs for tenant.
