Authentic and charming! This spacious, semi-detached house with large back garden now has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the front there is a nice view over the Leidsevaart. Beautiful authentic details still present. In the quiet, child-friendly Bloemenbuurt, with NS station and local shops a few minutes away.

The attractive corner house is situated on a quiet quay and always has sufficient parking space (permit area). The original details such as the room and suite, panel doors, the carvings in the stairwell and the original hinges and locks have been preserved. The back garden is more than 26 meters deep and offers ideal sun all year round. The back garden also has a lot of privacy.

The house has been meticulously maintained, for example, the windows and doors at the rear on the ground floor were renewed about 8 years ago and the exterior paintwork has always been kept up to date. However, the new owner will choose to modernize the property to today's living requirements. Because this spacious home with all its space and beautiful light is certainly worth modernizing and embellishing.

The location is very good: a short distance from the intercity station of Heemstede / Aerdenhout and the shops at Zandvoortselaan with a good bakery, butcher, drugstore and supermarket. The city center of Haarlem is reachable within 10 minutes by bike with nice shops, museums and various restaurants. The beach, forests and dunes are also perfectly accessible. Parking is possible, with a permit, just in front of the door and the roads to Amsterdam, Schiphol and The Hague are easily accessible.

Heemstede is a municipality and a town in the province of North Holland. Heemstede was formed around the Castle Heemstede, which was built overlooking the Spaarne River around 1286. Before 1296, Floris V, Count of Holland, granted Heemstede as a fiefdom to Reinier of Holy. During the 14th century, a village formed near the castle, which was destroyed and rebuilt several times in this period. A resident of this castle was Adriaan Pauw, who bought it in 1620. In 1653, Bennebroek split off from Heemstede, becoming a separate fiefdom.
