You also live close to the marina, ideal if you want to moor your own boat. Schools, sports facilities and medical facilities are all within walking or cycling distance. The bus stop is within walking distance, and within 10 minutes you can cycle to the railway station, which has fast train connections with Amsterdam Central Station and Schiphol Airport, among others. By car it only takes a few minutes to get to the A8 motorway, which connects to the A7 and the A10 ring road around Amsterdam.

Layout of the house:
You can reach the front door via the carport (with bicycle storage) and the partly tiled, partly green front garden. Entrance with meter closet and cloakroom, neatly tiled toilet with hand basin, staircase to the first floor and access to the living room with open kitchen. The bright living room is garden facing and offers the possibility for a spacious sitting area and workspace. Great in this time of working from home!
