Location:
The neighborhood is surrounded by a lot of water and greenery. There is a lovely city park around the corner. The apartment is a few cycling minutes away from the Buikslotermeerplein shopping center or the center of Amsterdam and Het Twiske nature reserve. Major highways including A10 can be reached within minutes. The house is located right opposite shopping center '' Banne '', so you can quickly get your daily groceries at home. With the North/South line (metro line 52) you can be quickly in the center of Amsterdam or within 15 minutes on the Zuidas.

Layout:
Entrance in the hall with the closed kitchen on the right. The kitchen is placed in a straight line and is finished with high-gloss fronts in a green pastel shade and a dark worktop. The windows provide the space with a pleasant amount of daylight and a cozy view of the neighborhood. The kitchen is also equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a 4-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. In short, here you can prepare the tastiest dishes in no time!

In the kitchen you also get access to the indoor storage with connection for the washing equipment.

The living room is located at the rear of the apartment. The large windows, which extend from ground to ceiling, not only provide a good dose of daylight, but also ensure a perfect interaction with a beautifully landscaped backyard. Thanks to the existing sliding doors, the garden can really be used as an extension of the living room. The neat finish with a beautiful laminate floor and neutral walls makes this space so involved. Place a comfortable seating area, a cool TV unit and a dining table with chairs and the living fun can begin!

From the living room you step through the sliding doors into the garden. The garden is very low maintenance due to the use of artificial grass, but the whole has a nice, green appearance. At the back of the garden there is a wooden shed, which is ideal for storing all kinds of belongings and storing the bicycles that have been driven into the garden via the back of the house.

Furthermore, the apartment has two bedrooms. There is one bedroom at the front and one bedroom at the rear of the apartment. Both rooms are wonderfully bright, well-sized and again neatly finished.

The spacious bathroom is neatly tiled from floor to ceiling, as well as the separate toilet.

The space is equipped with a beautiful large wall unit with storage space and a rain shower. The separate toilet can be found on the other side of the hall.

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

Apartments

Buying an apartment in Amsterdam is different from buying a house or a detached villa. In case of an apartment, you do not only have neighbours to your left and right, but often also above or underneath you. That means the ground on which the property is located belongs to multiple people. This can lead to complications when you’re trying to figure out the extra costs before buying the apartment.
