******ENGLISH TEXT*****

If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious family house in one of the most popular areas in Heemstede, this could be your new home! This villa was built in the nineteen thirties and has lots of atmosphere and authentic details such as beautiful stained glass windows and heigh ceilings.

The house has a spacious lay out, multiple living areas on the ground floor, 5 good bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. An excellent canvas for you to create your own personal atmosphere and interior decorating ideas without any major renovations.

For example on the ground floor you can create an open plan family kitchen and living area with doors opening to the sunny garden. The former garage has been transformed into a spacious (28 mē) and cosy TV family room which can also be used as home office or play room. This area can also easily be transformed into an interior style matching the kitchen/living area. For inspiration please see artist impressions and matching floor plan.

In the back garden you can enjoy the sun during the whole day as it is situated on the south east. It is also quiet and there is plenty of privacy.

The location is also spectacular: situated in a very child friendly neighbourhood, where kids can still play on the streets. At the same time, schools, shops and restaurants are a walk away! Heemstede village has a good selection of shops and many schools and the historical city of Haarlem is just 15 minutes by bicycle. Heemstede is a municipality and a town in the province of North Holland. Heemstede was formed around the Castle Heemstede, which was built overlooking the Spaarne River around 1286. Before 1296, Floris V, Count of Holland, granted Heemstede as a fiefdom to Reinier of Holy. During the 14th century, a village formed near the castle, which was destroyed and rebuilt several times in this period. A resident of this castle was Adriaan Pauw, who bought it in 1620. In 1653, Bennebroek split off from Heemstede, becoming a separate fiefdom.
