This fine house (1992) is located on a quiet road in the child-friendly, quiet district Oostzanerwerf in Amsterdam Noord. The district is intersected with safe walking and cycling paths. Within walking distance of the house you will find a shopping centre with a supermarket, among other things. If you want to visit the centre of Amsterdam, you can get there by bus or car in 15 minutes. Childcare and primary schools are within walking distance, while secondary education is easily accessible on foot or by bike. Various sports facilities and a nature playground are located near the house.
