Berg en Dal is a village surrounded by greenery in the municipality of Berg en Dal in the province of Gelderland. The village centres of both Berg and Dal, around the Oude Kleefsebaan, are between 80 to 100 metres above sea level. Berg en Dal has a surface area of 7.89 km2 and a population of 2,470. The village is close to the big city of Nijmegen. Every year, the Zevenheuvelenloop, an important international running competition, crosses through Berg en Dal.
