The spacious bedroom at the front offers enough space for a bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine connection. There is a separate toilet in the hall.

Located in the Landlust district where more and more nice neighborhood tents are coming, of which Spaghetteria, Selma's and Day Made are good examples. For green areas, the Erasmus Park and Westerpark are close by and for your daily shopping you can visit the Jan van Galenstraat. For all kinds of specialty shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars, you can visit De Clerqstraat and Bilderdijkstraat. The Hugo de Grootplein, De Hallen and the Ten Katemarkt are also nearby and within a few minutes cycling you are in the Jordaan or in the center of Amsterdam.
The Food Center will be transformed into a high-quality residential area in the coming years; the Market Quarter. The Monumental Market Hall is being refurbished and promises to be a great place!

The public transport connections are excellent towards the center, CS and Sloterdijk! Tram 19 stops at Admiraal de Ruijterweg, bus 18 at Jan van Galenstraat and buses 80 and 82 stop at Willem de Zwijgerlaan. By car you are within a few minutes on the Ringweg A10 Amsterdam-West and in terms of parking, the street falls under permit area West 3.1 and at the time of writing there is no waiting list for a parking permit.

Landlust is the area between the Jan van Galenstraat, Westelijk Marktkanaal, Haarlemmerweg, Bos en Lommerweg and the Admiraal the Ruijterweg. Landlust is a residential area with wide stretches of residential and community gardens. The Jan van Galenstraat is the shopping street of this area with a diverse range of shops. Famous shops such as Cartier can be found within this street but also small specialized shops such as ‘’De Kweker’’ are welcome.
