The Hugo de Grootplein, De Hallen and the Ten Katemarkt are also nearby and within a few minutes cycling you are in the Jordaan or in the center of Amsterdam.
The Food Center will be transformed into a high-quality residential area in the coming years; the Market Quarter. The Monumental Market Hall is being refurbished and promises to be a great place!

Accessibility
The public transport connections are excellent towards the center, CS and Sloterdijk! Tram 19 stops at Admiraal de Ruijterweg, bus 18 at Jan van Galenstraat and buses 80 and 82 stop at Willem de Zwijgerlaan.
