LAYOUT
Upon entering you are in the hall that provides access to the living room, the bedroom, the storage room and the bathroom. You enter the living room through a sliding door. This is light and a nice place to recover from a busy day. Laminate parts are laid on the floor in a whitewash wood look.

The bright open kitchen offers plenty of storage space. Two kitchen parts are placed opposite each other, which gives you enough work space on both sides. The wall cabinets on the right side run up to the ceiling. The spots above and below these cabinets create a playful effect.

The bedroom is light and a perfect space to relax. You can easily put a double bed and a large wardrobe. And that is nice to get up again: you also have access to the balcony here.

The bathroom looks fresh due to the combination of white tiles with black accents and has a hip walk-in shower made of glass blocks.

MEASURING INSTRUCTION
The house was measured using the Measurement Instruction, which is based on the standards as laid down in NEN 2580. The Measurement Instruction is intended to apply a more unambiguous way of measuring to give an indication of the use area. The Measurement Instruction does not completely exclude differences in measurement results, for example due to interpretation differences, roundings and limitations when performing a measurement.

The apartment is located in Uithoorn in the Legmeer district. Here you will find car-free streets, cycle paths, playgrounds, water features and green areas. You can also use the Brede School with childcare, an event area, a cycling course and a football association.

Uithoorn

Uithoorn is a small town located south of Amsterdam. It’s home to cafés and shops and some lovely spots to walk and see an abundance of nature and history.
