Part from that also the numerous shops, bars and restaurants in Oud-West are not far away. For a walk in the park you find the Westerpark and the Vondelpark in the direct neighbourhood. Public transport a just around the corner on the Marnixstraat and the Central Station is just 10 minutes cycling.

The monumental building has been completely renovated while retaining original details. A bicycle shed has been realized at the entrance and the building has an elevator.
