On top of the existing apartment complex 15 new apartments are being built at Burmandwarsstraat 1-73.

The 2-room apartments (14 units) are located on the fourth floor and have a compact living space of approximately 43 m2. The apartments have a separate bedroom and are delivered with a modern kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

Ground lease
The VON price includes an indication price for the ground lease. The leasehold is surrendered until August 31, 2051.

New construction project “De Burman” is ideally located near the Amstel in the Weesperzijde neighborhood.
