New construction project "De Burman"
On top of the existing apartment complex 15 new apartments are being built at Burmandwarsstraat 1-73.
The 2-room apartments (14 units) are located on the fourth floor and have a compact living space of approximately 43 m2. The apartments have a separate bedroom and are delivered with a modern kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
The spacious balconies face the sunny south and give a beautiful view of the Amstel. One new apartment will be on the ground floor, with a living space of approximately 37 m2 and a lovely south-facing terrace. The existing apartment complex will be upgraded simultaneously with the new construction. The exterior will be modernized, the facades will be partially replaced and better insulated, there will be an elevator and everything will be freshened up again.
The forecast of the construction start is November 2020 and will take approximately one year.
