With the Nieuw Oosteinde district, the former 'Aalsmeer-Oost' got everything it needed to expand wonderful living with an excellent range of shops and schools. The location on the north / east of Aalsmeer, almost against Amstelveen and within cycling distance of the Amsterdamse Bos is really nice. A few years ago, the current owners have modernized this house on the Catharina Amalialaan. Aalsmeer-Oost and the adjacent Nieuw Oosteinde district are adjacent to Amstelveen. That is why the residents of this part of Aalsmeer are mostly Amstelveen / Amsterdam oriented. The Amsterdamse Bos is around the corner for recreation, but there is also plenty to do in Aalsmeer itself. Just take the unique nature and recreation area Westeinder Plassen with restaurants, a beach and a variety of marinas.
