Ground floor:
Through the garage (with its own charging point for an electric car) you reach the entrance with the utility room. Here you will find the connections for washer and dryer, a kitchen unit and storage space. Through a door you reach the hall with the neatly tiled toilet and stairs to the first floor.

First floor:
Through the balustrade you reach the front door on the first floor. Entrance with meter closet and cloakroom, draft door to the hall with open access to the kitchen, staircase to the second floor and access to the living room. At the end of the hall is a window overlooking the balcony. The beautiful open kitchen has cream/white fronts, a dark worktop and the following appliances are present: a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction cooker, and two fridges. (The extractor hood and the induction cooker were replaced in 2020). The kitchen has a large window and a door to a romantic covered balcony. The spacious kitchen has room for a dining table. On the entire floor are wooden floorboards and the walls and ceilings are neatly finished.

Second floor:
Through the upholstered stairs you reach the landing of the second floor. Here you will find two spacious and one smaller bedroom, the bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a fixed closet and the two bedrooms at the front have doors to a French balcony. Through an open staircase you reach the landing of the third floor. This has a front and rear dormer. You will find two nicely finished bedrooms, storage space and a storage closet with the central heating system. Also here is laminate flooring and walls and ceilings are neatly finished.

Garden:
Across the width of the house is a tiled and sheltered garden on the south with lots of privacy. The garden is accessible through a door in the utility room. Here you can create a nice lounge area and eat outside and relax in the summer.

The house has a private garage with electricity, further there is parking around the house through a permit system and the possibility of parking on site.
