LAY OUT
From the characteristic entrance outside it is just one stairs up to the private front door of this apartment. Through the entrance with beautiful stained glass door, you will enter the spacious hallway with high ceiling and access to all rooms in the apartment. The living room and dining room of almost 50 m2 have plenty of light throughout the day due to its convenient location. The room is separated by en-suite doors with stained glass and fitted wardrobes. The house has been completely renovated in 2015 by giving the authentic details a luxury twist. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a 7-burner stove with 3 ovens of the brand Belling, a dishwasher, a boiling water system (like Quooker), fridge / freezer and more than enough storage space in the beautiful custom made wooden kitchen cabinets. The double doors give you access to the balcony with fitted wardrobe.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and has a spacious wardrobe. This room also provides access to the laundry room, which was the original bathroom before renovation in 2015. It has a useful sink and connections for washing and drying machines. The now spacious bathroom (which used to be the kitchen) is equipped with a corner bath, walk-in shower, sink, design mirror and radiator and storage. The separate toilet with sink (both from Villeroy and Boch) is in the same style as the bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are based in the front of the property and are both equipped with fitted wardrobes. One of the two rooms has a small sink, which makes this room very useful as an office / guest room.

The quality of the apartment in combination with its authentic details and the modern look make this apartment unique and provides for a lovely home!

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

Apartments

Buying an apartment in Amsterdam is different from buying a house or a detached villa. That means the ground on which the property is located belongs to multiple people. This can lead to complications when you’re trying to figure out the extra costs before buying the apartment.
