The large shopping centre Stadshart is less than 10 minutes by bike. At short walking distance you will find the shopping centre Middenhoven, with a supermarket, several shops and some restaurants. Childcare and primary school are also within walking distance of the house, while secondary education is easily accessible on foot or by bike. You can cycle to the International School of Amsterdam in about 10 minutes. The many sports facilities in Amstelveen are also easy to reach by bike, as are various parks.
Bus and tram stops and the Brink metro station are just a few minutes' walk away. By car, it will only take you 5 minutes to reach the A9 motorway, which connects to the A2, A4 and the A10 ring road. To Schiphol Airport you drive in 15 to 20 minutes.

Layout of the house:
Through the partly green, partly tiled front garden you reach the stone shed with electricity and, a little further, the covered front door. Entrance with wardrobe and meter closet, access to the floating toilet with hand basin, staircase to first floor and access to the living room with open kitchen. The bright living room has a wide window at the rear and a door to the garden. At the front is the partially open U-shaped kitchen located. The spacious kitchen has ivory white fronts and the following equipment is available: a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a ceramic cooker. On the ground floor there are tiles with underfloor heating. The walls and ceilings are neatly finished.

First floor:
Through the upholstered stairs you reach the landing of this floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms, a laundry room and the bathroom. One of the bedrooms is at the rear, next to the laundry room with the connections for washer and dryer, and the second bedroom is at the front, next to the bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate flooring. The bathroom has a standing toilet, a sink with mirror, a vanity unit and a bathtub with rain shower.

Second floor:
Through a staircase you reach the spacious, bright attic floor. This floor has both front and back a dormer. It is possible to realize two bedrooms here. You will also find the central heating system and extra storage space here. Also here is a connection for the washer and dryer. On the floor is laminate.

The house has a front garden with stone shed with electricity and a deep, partly green, partly tiled backyard on the northwest. The sheltered garden offers much privacy and is surrounded by greenery.
