*** AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY FOR RENTAL ***
An unusually lovely residence of approx. 81m˛ with a glorious kitchen-cum-living-room, situated in a handsome property from the Amsterdam School of architecture. This is a spacious and light 3-room apartment on the third floor with a lovely bay window at the front of the building. The apartment was renovated a few years ago and the layout altered. This created a decent sized living with the kitchen-cum-living-room at the front of the building, with enough space for a large dining table. The open kitchen is connected to the living room by two French doors. There are two spacious bedrooms at the rear of the building as well as a balcony.

Layout:
Communal staircase to the third floor. Entrance to the apartment, spacious hallway with cloakroom and intercom, with access to almost all the rooms. The living room is situated on the street side and has a bay window, facing the sunny south. The open kitchen is also situated at the front of the building next to the living room. The light and spacious kitchen is equipped with a 5-ring gas hob, oven, extractor fan, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a long counter top and a lot of storage in the cabinets and drawers. The kitchen has space for a large dining table. The living room and open kitchen are separated by French doors with glazing bar arrangement.
The two spacious bedrooms are situated at the rear of the building. The parents’ bedroom, which may be accessed from the living room through French doors, also has French windows to the balcony and offers enough space for a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is also spacious, has many windows and access to the same balcony. The bathroom, fitted with a bath with shower, towel radiator and vanity unit with mirrored cabinet, is in the hall. The very spacious toilet with handbasin is situated opposite the bathroom. There is a separate space in the hall for the washing machine and dryer. Here you will also find the central heating boiler. The toilet and bathroom both have mechanical ventilation.

Surroundings:
This gorgeous and tasteful apartment lies on one of the most beautiful streets in Amsterdam in the very popular Rivierenbuurt. The Amsterdam School of Architecture predominates here and this section of the street is wonderfully spacious and green. It is a quiet street with all the amenities within easy reach. The Maasstraat and the Scheldestraat are both just round the corner, with many delicatessens (Feduzzi), lunch bars (Coffee Company and Vinnies), cafés and restaurants (Vis aan de Schelde, Roast Room and The Corner) and ice cream parlours (Venetië and Pisa). Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

Enlist an MVA/NVM estate agent when renting in the Netherlands

Apartments

Buying an apartment in Amsterdam is different from buying a house or a detached villa. In case of an apartment, you do not only have neighbours to your left and right, but often also above or underneath you. That means the ground on which the property is located belongs to multiple people. This can lead to complications when you’re trying to figure out the extra costs before buying the apartment.
