There is a separate space in the hall for the washing machine and dryer. Here you will also find the central heating boiler. The toilet and bathroom both have mechanical ventilation.

The Deurloostraat is very conveniently, centrally located. This location is very easy to reach by car and on public transport. There are various bus and tram stops around the corner, a few minutes’ walk takes you to the Europaplein metro station where Noord-Zuidlijn trains every 6 minutes will take you to the Dam, Central Station or Amsterdam Noord. The RAI train station is also only 10 minutes walk away. De Pijp is a five-minute walk away. You can get to the centre of Amsterdam on the bicycle or by public transport within 15 minutes. The arterial roads to the A1, A2, A4, A9 and A10 are easy to reach (only 5 minutes to reach the A2 or A10). Schiphol is a 15-minute drive away. You can park the car on the street.

The Scheldebuurt is a neighbourhood within the Rieverenbuurt. The neighbourhood lies between the offices from the Zuidas and the shores of the Amstel. The neighbourhood is attractive because of its quiet and the pleasant public spaces. A famous complex within this neighbourhood is the Congres Center the Rai, which lies at the edge of this area.
