Around the corner of the Stadionkade, you will find this lovely bright apartment. Donarstraat is one of those streets that nobody knows if you do not live there, which is great. Just a 7 minute bike ride from the Vondelpark, the Beatrixpark, the Olympic stadium and a 7 minute walk from the WTC Zuid trainstation. From WTC it is only 7 minutes by train to get to Schiphol airport.Tram number 24 and 16 are just around the corner. Shopping on the stadionweg and with the new Albert Heijn on the Stadionplein you have everything you need within walking distance. Gyms, local bars, small shops and a lot of restaurants all within reach by foot and bike.

Lay out; You enter the apartment via a shared entrance. The lay out is very convenient, the apartment is very long stretched and on the corner of the block, which gives a lot of windows on the living room and dining kitchen. Very bright and at the same time very private.
The guest room and master bedroom are located on the backside together with the bathroom. The hallway splits these from the kitchen and living. A separate lavatory, so not inside the bathroom. The bathroom is small but convenient, it has a comfortable shower and good sink.

The Living room is located at the end of the hallway and can be reached via the hallway and the kitchen. A good size living that is situated on the corner of the building which gives it extra windows. The character of the building can be seen in the double doors that separate the kitchen from the living room. The original stained glass is still there. The kitchen comes with a fridge freezer, microwave oven combination and dishwasher. Perfect for hosting dinners with friends. A door in the kitchen leads to the third bedroom which is currently set up as a guest room but can very well be an office.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

An estate agent’s area of expertise is not limited to buying and selling properties. When looking for a property to rent, it is also wise to enlist an agent. He or she can advise you about which kind of property is best suited for you, and which area to go for.
