Rich in natural light and sun from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on your own balcony. All frames have recently been painted, which makes the appearance of this beautiful facade in the authentic Amsterdam neighborhood even better.

After this entire district has been refurbished as an Urban Renewal Area and the Westerpark has undergone a metamorphosis, it has become extremely popular here. The favorable location near the center of Amsterdam, the many catering establishments such as Café Amsterdam and the varied range of shops undoubtedly contribute to this. The Westerpark is a wonderful place to relax, play sports, visit the Sunday Market or catch a movie in the Ketelhuis. The apartment is also conveniently located for public transport and roads (ring A10). The Central Station and Sloterdijk Station are also within cycling distance and you are in the Jordaan in 5 to 10 minutes!

You enter your own hall and you walk towards the large windows at the front of the house. This is the colorful spacious living room. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom can also be reached via the hall.

There is a white wooden laminate floor throughout the apartment. This makes the house visually larger and nice and fresh. The color combinations and the large windows also make the living room and dining area light and playful. The living room is located at the front of the house, so you look into the cozy authentic street. In the summer, open the front doors and live upstairs but also in the middle of the city. The fireplace provides even more atmosphere in the living room where there is enough space for a sitting area and a dining table.

The kitchen is located at the rear of the house. Through the kitchen you can walk onto your own balcony. The kitchen is light and small but very functional. There is also a connection for the washing machine.

This cozy and spacious bedroom is also located at the back of the house, you can sleep wonderfully quietly here with a view over your own balcony and green courtyards. In this room there is enough space for a double bed and a large wardrobe and/or possibly a workplace.
There is a sink in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a hand shower head and the toilet. The bathroom is again very light. Sufficient space is available to make a new and younger bathroom.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

That means the ground on which the property is located belongs to multiple people. This can lead to complications when you’re trying to figure out the extra costs before buying the apartment.
