For your daily groceries you also have all amenities in your own neighborhood: 3 minutes by bike from the house is the shopping center "Europaplein" with a wide range of supermarkets and stores. For a breath of fresh air you can go to the beach of Wijk aan Zee and so you live here in an ideal location conveniently located near the city, nature and the beach!

Ground floor:
Through the tiled front garden we reach the front door of the house. Behind the front door, we find the entrance with wardrobe, meter closet, guest toilet with hand basin, staircase to the first floor and access to the spacious living room with halfopen kitchen. The living room is garden facing and what immediately strikes you is how incredibly spacious the living room feels. This is due to the high ceilings (2.7 meters) with high doors (2.35 meters). Also, the generous width of the house is with 5.4 meters the widest of its kind. What a wonderful feeling, so much living space around you! From the living room you can enter the garden through patio doors, making indoor and outdoor living to blend in seamlessly and creating even more space.
