The NVM Open House day offers homeseekers the opportunity to view multiple houses in only a day. You can do this wherever you prefer, close to home or maybe a bit further away. On Saturday, March 28th, between 11 AM and 3 PM, thousands of houses will take part in the 24th edition of the NVM Open House day. This is the perfect chance to visit multiple houses in the matter of just one day.
Viewing a house at the NVM Open House day is very accessible and can be attended without making an appointment. In this way you are able to visit multiple homes in a short period of time, which helps you to obtain a broad knowledge on the Dutch housing market. Be surprised by all the new inspiration and insights this might bring. Who knows, maybe you will encounter your ultimate dream house that day.

Facts & Figures
- The NVM Open House day is twice a year (Spring and Fall)
- View multiple houses in an accessible way without the need of an appointment in just one day
- In Fall 2019, 10.500 open houses attracted 65.000 viewers
- Of those 10.500 houses, 53% were sold within two weeks
- That’s 11% more houses compared to those that didn’t join the NVM Open House day
