In the hallway is a separate modern light toilet. The boiler has recently been replaced.

The apartment is literally situated between the Marie Heinekenplein and the Gerard Douplein, it doesn't get any more cosy, you can get your daily groceries at the Albert Cuyp, you can drink your coffee across the street at the new hotspot "Hoed en Krelis" and a healthy lunch can be enjoyed at the Avocado club. Furthermore, there are plenty of nice small shops with lots of on offer, it's hot and happening here!
Public transport right in front of your doorstep with a stop on the North-South line at the Ceintuurbaan, you'll be at the Central Station or the Amstel Station in no time.
