Layout: through the front garden with high green hedge you reach the beautiful authentic front door. Entrance with meter closet and wardrobe, storage closet, toilet with hand basin, access to the kitchen and the living room.

The bright living room has a wide window at the front and double doors to the garden, equipped with sliding insect screens, at the rear. The room has a fixed closet and the walls and ceilings are sleek. Parquet is on the floor. At the front of the room there is room for a spacious seating area and at the rear, near the kitchen, you can place a dining table with a view of the garden. The double straight kitchen (Annifo) has cream colored fronts and black and white wall and floor tiles. The following equipment is available: a 5-burner Smeg gas cooker with large oven; a microwave; a dishwasher; a fridge/freezer combination. The kitchen also has a door that gives access to the garden, this door also has a sliding insect screen.

First floor: via the upholstered stairs you reach the landing of the first floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms and a smaller bedroom and the bathroom. One bedroom is located at the front and has a door to a charming French balcony. The second bedroom is located at the rear, next to the third, smaller bedroom, which is currently used as a dressing/laundry room, where you will find the connections for washing machine and dryer. The blue tiled bathroom is centrally located. You will find a walk-in shower and a washbasin with mirror here. Everything is nicely finished and the floor is laminated.

Second floor: via a fixed staircase you reach the second floor. Bedroom number four can be found here, with a dormer window on both the front and back. These were placed in 2012. They have double glazing, tilt & turn windows, removable insect screens, individual and removable sun blinds and air conditioning/mechanical ventilation. Also, the roof was insulated in 2012. You will find the central heating system in a closed closet (combi boiler newly installed in 2018). You will also find plenty of storage space here.

Gardens: the property has a front and back garden. The front garden is seperated from the street by a high hedge, so you have a lot of privacy in the living room. The spacious, sheltered backyard facing the southeast has beautiful ornamental paving with height differences, a green hedge, borders with perennials, shrubs and a pond. A lovely garden to create lounge areas! There is a stone barn with lighting and electricity. In 2017, a concrete floor was installed, the barn was insulated and the barn door replaced with a double-glazed door, synthetic frame and security fittings. Also, there is a draining pipe for a washing machine in the barn. There is a back entrance.

Other important improvements:
• In 2014 all frames and windows were replaced by synthetic frames with double glazing and removable screens on the rear facade on the ground floor and 1st floor. Also, double doors with removable sliding insect screens have been installed. All windows and doors at the rear facade have security fittings.
• In 2015, the front and rear faηades were insulated by cavity wall injection.
