The prices in the table are excluding VAT. If you are a tenant of an apartment of housing association de Key, and a parking lot you are going to rent lies within a radius of 300m from your home, you pay no tax. In all other cases, you will pay 21% VAT.

Administration costs
You pay 20, - administrative costs, plus 21% VAT if you rent from us for the first time. You pay 110, - administrative costs, plus 21% VAT if within six months after termination of your lease you chose to again rent a parking spot from us in your current or adjacent complex.

Deposit
You pay a deposit of 20, - for the key / transmitter / parking pass. The minimum term of lease is two full calendar months.
