Highly comfortable 4-room apartment with a surface of 107 m2, featuring a terrace measuring about 13 m2 directly adjacent to the living room!

This residence is situated in the luxury apartment complex RIV, which was completed in 2017. RIV offers a grand and metropolitan yet calm lifestyle in a ‘new’ part of the Rivierenbuurt. All apartments are of sound, high-grade construction, and the public spaces similarly have a majestic appearance. The complex is characterised by its high ceilings and large windows, which result in an ever-present wealth of natural light! The residence was finished using high-quality materials, as demonstrated by the herringbone oak floor with underfloor heating. The kitchen is likewise an absolute eyecatcher.

The lift will take you to the corridor on the 4th floor. The first thing you’ll notice when entering is the significant ceiling height of almost 3 metres and the enormous wealth of light!
The living room features windows that let in daylight on either side. The seating area is located on the green side of the complex, and the dining area directly borders the terrace. The luxurious Poggenpohl kitchen is at the centre of the space. This kitchen is upholstered in sleek white and features Gaggenau/Miele appliances, a Quooker and a BORA extraction system.
The large sliding door provides access to the spacious terrace, which offers sunlight in the afternoon and evening. Its dimensions make it highly suitable for a dining table and lounge area.
The rear of the residence features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with sink and shower. One of the bedrooms is currently in use as an office/walk-in closet with a luxurious sliding partition.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is at the front of the residence. This bathroom features a sink, bathtub and shower. A separate toilet is located in the corridor. If necessary, another toilet can be installed in the master bathroom.
The basement of the complex offers a sizeable storage space and a communal bicycle storage for the owner’s association.
The apartment complex RIV is situated in a green area of the Rivierenbuurt, near the water. This means plenty of opportunities for a day of shopping, doing groceries or simply enjoying drinks on a terrace in the Scheldestraat, Maasstraat, Amsterdam Zuid and De Pijp.
A new, green city expansion within walking distance from RAI Amsterdam featuring a train station and a tram and metro stop. In addition, the Martin Luther Kingpark, the Amstelpark, the Amstel and the Beatrixpark are just around the corner.
The A10 is easily accessible by car, and Schiphol is only a few minutes away. This area is currently undergoing significant development. A number of new complexes have already been completed, and several more are scheduled for construction in the near future.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

Buying an apartment in Amsterdam is different from buying a house or a detached villa. In case of an apartment, you do not only have neighbours to your left and right, but often also above or underneath you. That means the ground on which the property is located belongs to multiple people. This can lead to complications when you’re trying to figure out the extra costs before buying the apartment.
