Living in style, luxury and comfort at a location with international allure? With great enthusiasm we offer you one of the six spectacular Townhouses in the Zuidas. Here is 293m2 of living space realized where luxury, light and space are key words. The finishing and layout were thought out to perfection in 2016 by the Finnish/Dutch design studio Matter of Space, and then finished under architecture. The result is phenomenal. You can have drinks at the large cooking island in the living room, enjoy the walk-in rain showers, the bathtub and the sauna imported from Finland in one of the three bathrooms, and on the sunny roof terrace you can relax in the Jacuzzi while dinner is prepared in the outdoor kitchen. You can use your own creativity in no less than four bedrooms, the spacious living room, stylish front room, spacious walk-in closet, and the basement which is ideal as a gym. Through here you also have direct access to two private parking spaces in the garage below! The whole is beautifully finished to a high standard: from Domotica throughout the house, built-in speakers in all bathrooms, high quality oak herringbone floors and high-end lighting, to silent Frits Jurgens hinges and stylish open staircase and steel facades by G. De Rooy - known from many design magazines.

Here you live in a prime location, where you can go for everything city life has to offer: from living to working and recreation. The historic center with its graceful canal houses, the cozy Old South and De Pijp are within walking distance or can be reached by public transport in no time. And the Zuidas itself, with its diverse range of restaurants with international cuisines, offers plenty to discover. The architecture of the Townhouse is focused on the careful inclusion of its green surroundings, so that you almost don't have to leave the house for nature. But if you do want to take a long walk, the beautiful Beatrixpark, Amstelpark and the Amsterdamse Bos are all less than 10 biking minutes away! The Zuidas is the bustling business district of the city, and therefore has an optimal infrastructure: the highways and the well-developed public transport system ensure that this is one of the best accessible places in the Netherlands. As an example: for a foreign destination, Schiphol Airport is only 6 train minutes away!

Classification of the house:

First floor

You can enter the house through the private courtyard, which is only used by the six townhouses. Once in the house you will find a spacious entrance that immediately gives a wonderful glimpse into the architecture: think of the impressive open staircase that Matter of Space has brought in, the large windows that provide an extraordinary feeling of space and the high ceilings which were commissioned by the owner and adapted from the original design. Through the hall you can reach the toilet, checkroom and meter cupboard.

Through a large glass door, the hall provides access to the living and dining room with open kitchen. Again, light and space are key words. The living room is spacious and has large windows overlooking the backyard. Through a large sliding door you can easily walk on the terrace, so that inside and outside blend in beautifully. The room is perfectly finished with sleek walls, a high quality oak herringbone floor and stylish recessed spotlights which - throughout the house - were provided by the high-end Belgian company DeltaLight. The herringbone floor was laid throughout the house with great care by Martijn de Wit Vloeren: without bevel and treated with transparent matte 'Skylt' lacquer for the most natural look possible. The open kitchen is from Poggenpohl, and is beautifully integrated with the living room by the kitchen wall and the large kitchen island with breakfast bar. So you can cook extensively with the luxury appliances, have a nice breakfast, and you can offer your guests a drink at the bar in style.

Second floor

On the second floor you will find the landing, a separate toilet, the third bathroom, a walk-in closet, a bedroom and a large bedroom with walk-in closet. The separate toilet has a hanging toilet and a washbasin. The bathroom has a double sink cabinet, a design radiator and a glass walk-in shower with two rain showers and shower drains. As a luxurious surprise, you will also find a very spacious and stylish sauna Helo, specially imported from Finland for this house!

The first bedroom is currently used as a yoga room, and can also be arranged according to your own wishes. Think of an extra bedroom, guest room, workspace or a playroom for children. The master bedroom is beautifully finished with another high-quality wooden herringbone floor, fantastic large windows and stylish recessed spotlights. This bedroom is ideal for use as a master bedroom: the room is extremely spacious and therefore suitable for a wonderfully open and spacious layout with a king-size bed. Highlight is also the luxurious walk-in closet, where you can prepare for the day in peace.

Third Floor

On the third floor you will find the roof terrace, which can be reached through the roof house. On this beautifully finished roof terrace you will find a stylish outdoor kitchen and a large Jacuzzi. You can relax in the sun, enjoying the privacy that the conveniently placed blinds and screens offer you. In other words: this is an attractive and luxurious place to receive friends or enjoy the outdoors with family!

The basement consists of a generous and tightly finished entrance, a laundry room, a storage room and a checkroom. The entrance is by its spacious design and sleek finish very suitable as a gym. Through the door you have direct access to the underground parking garage where your two private parking spaces are at your disposal.

The property features a large front garden on the entrance side west, and acces to the shared courtyard. In addition, there is a terrace on the east side, accessible through the large sliding door in the living room.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.
