When you step inside at Grianestraat 8d, you walk straight through to the bright living room at the front. This space has a nice connection with the open kitchen. French doors to the balcony, a beautiful wooden floor and wooden window frames with double glazing. And is light blue not your color for a kitchen? If you have it wrapped (the literal word is packing, but a wrapper leaves your kitchen standing and puts a thin foil over the existing kitchen cabinets), the kitchen is immediately as new. And that can be done in 1 day.
And wow, what a light comes in through the roof house at the roof terrace. An ideal corner to sit with a good book. Or a lovely quiet workplace now that you are working from home more. And from there you can walk straight onto the sun-drenched roof terrace, a luxury in the middle of the city!
The modern kitchen is therefore connected to the living room. Can you chat with your guests while you are cooking. You can easily put the dirty dishes in the spacious dishwasher and the extractor hood will remove the cooking smell in no time (or just open the balcony door).

What can we say about that now? It is Bos en Lommer and no longer needs a promotion. Just a really nice neighborhood with a good mix of local shops, restaurants, Muziekpodium, (coffee) bars, large and small supermarkets, good fish/meat shops, bookstore, library, delicatessen shops (Rijkhof, Bureau Wijn). And recently, the Hema has also noticed that, on the Bos en Lommerplein you will now find that traditional Dutch and oh so nice shop. And you want to get out of the area. You can easily reach the Hallen and the Jordaan by bike. Public transport type? The connections to this district are excellent. For example, the Sloterdijk railway station is a short distance away and there are various tram and bus connections in the area. The Ring A-10 can be reached within a few minutes by car. The car can be parked in front of the door and there is currently no waiting time for a parking permit.
A short distance from the house is the Erasmus Park with the cozy Terrasmus. A nice, slightly hidden place where you can escape from the city and have breakfast, lunch and drinks. And a little further but still very close to the Westerpark and the Rembrandtpark.
LIVING AREA and OUTDOOR SPACE
The living area is 62m2 (but we think it feels much more spacious because of the spacious bedrooms and the abundance of light). There are 2 balconies of 4m2 each. And then a roof terrace of 38m2. The storage room downstairs is 9m2 and easily accessible with your bicycle, scooter or pram.
Owners' Association (VVE) is active, healthy and the financial administration is professionally managed by VvE management. The monthly service costs for the apartment are currently € 91.92 per month.
Leasehold has been bought off until 31-08-2056. The application for a switch under the well-known favorable conditions can be applied for again next year.
