The apartment is located in the lively area called the ‘Jordaan’, around the corner of the Brouwersgracht and the Noordermarkt. Numerous stores, cafes, restaurants and other canals are in the vicinity. Also the Westerpar is within walking distance.

THE MAINTENANCE
The apartment was renovated (renovated in 2016). The kitchen, bathroom and electrical system were renewed. All walls and ceilings have been plastered and painted. Additionally a new wooden floor was laid and new lightening plus curtains were installed.
