This house (1998) is located on a quiet road in the child-friendly Rosmolenbuurt. The house is located near the river Zaan with all its activity. You live here less than a 10 minutes walk from the bustling centre of Zaandam, where you will find a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, but also the Zaantheater, a pop stage and a mega cinema. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Childcare and primary schools are within walking distance, and secondary schools are easy to reach by bicycle. The many sports facilities in Zaandam can also be reached easily by bike.

The bus stop is within walking distance, while the railway station of Zaandam can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. From here, frequent direct trains depart to, among others, Amsterdam Central Station (12 minutes) and Schiphol Airport (18 minutes). By car, both the A7 motorway to Alkmaar and Hoorn and the A8 with subsequent A10 ring road towards Amsterdam are easily accessible.

Also here are walls and ceilings sleek and neatly finished. In the beautiful, anthracite with white tiled bathroom you will find a floating toilet, a bath, a vanity unit with sink and mirror, recessed spotlights, a design radiator and a walk-in shower.

Garden:
The house has no garden, but has a balcony / terrace at the rear. There is enough space to realize a lounge area. In the parking garage you have access to a (bicycle) storage room with electricity.

You have your own parking spot in the underground parking garage. There is also parking around the house.
