The extension provides a lot of privacy for the terrace by blocking the view from neighboring houses.

The SECOND FLOOR can be reached with the large staircase or the elevator, and also with an additional internal staircase. In the back house is the master bedroom, adjacent to a luxurious bathroom, both overlooking the garden area. From the bedroom, a staircase leads to the yoga/sports room, the top floor of the back house, where the laundry room is also located. In the front house is an impressive second living room/bedroom with fireplace.

The staircase or elevator leads to the THIRD FLOOR, where there is now a large living and dining room with fireplace. This space could easily become a large bedroom with its own bathroom.
