GARDEN
The sunny and lovingly maintained garden is architecturally designed with decking, tiles and plants and garden lighting, and is adjacent to the ancient Kerksloot.

MAINTENANCE
The current owners are the first owners and have maintained the house over the years and under architecture renovated so that an ideal layout was created and all spaces are very well used. In 2008 the open kitchen was realized and part of the storage room was added to the kitchen. The floor in the living room consists of painted solid floor boards of Eucalyptus wood. The house was recently painted internally. The red cedar rabbet boards around the window frames on the exterior facade were recently replaced. The mechanical ventilation system is very recently replaced.

ENVIRONMENT
The beautiful and idyllic village of Sloten is part of the Nieuw-West district. Around the village are several recreation parks such as nature and recreation park De Oeverlanden, sports park Sloten, Sloterplas and nature park De Vrije Geer which is part of the Green Axis (ecological connection between Amstelland and Spaarnwoude) where one can enjoy cycling and walking. With a special bicycle and pedestrian ferry you can cross the water of the Nieuwe Meer to the well-known Amsterdamse Bos. Tramline 2 is located at 200 meters walking distance and takes you within 20 minutes to Amsterdam Zuid and Leidseplein. Several schools and a shopping center (Belgiëplein) are within cycling distance. Also conveniently located to Schiphol Airport with the A4, A9 and A10 in the vicinity.

GROUND LEASE

- The canon has been bought off until November 30, 2043.
