In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find the supermarket, several other shops and some restaurants. The center of Zaandijk can be reached by bike or car in a few minutes. Childcare and primary school are within walking distance, while secondary education is within cycling distance. Sports park De Koog can also be reached by bicycle in a short time. A bus stop is a few minutes' walk away and the railway station Zaandijk Zaanse Schans can be reached by bike in 7 minutes. From here there are direct connections to Amsterdam Central Station (18 min.) and Zaandam (6 min.). By car it only takes a few minutes to get to the provincial road N203, via which you can quickly reach the A7/A8 motorway and the ring road A10.
Layout of the house:
Through the tiled front garden you reach the covered front door. Entrance with meter closet. Entrance door to the hallway with on your left the spacious and bright living room with bay window with a beautiful unobstructed view. The living room has a side window and at the rear double doors to the spacious terrace on the water. There is also a cozy marble mantlepiece with a gas stove. There are white tiles on the floor.
