The house Type Pergola is a double ground floor home with its own entrance at the street, a back yard with back entrance and a balcony as well. The house is divided over the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor. The house has two or three bedrooms, as you wish.

The living area is 113 m2, garden 26 m2, balcony 10 m2.

The houses will be finished including all installations, interior walls and doors, complete bathroom and toilet (everything except kitchen, floor and wall finishing). All houses have a private storage room of 5 m2 in the basement.

The purchase price is € 525,000 v.o.n. based on an annual ground rent payment of approximately € 2.721, -. Perpetual payment of the leasehold is possible for approximately € 90,400.

The purchase price for a parking space is € 27,500 v.o.n. based on annual ground rent payment. Perpetual payment of the leasehold of a parking space costs € 1,825.

Type A is a "town house" with a garden on the east side and a large balcony on the west side.

The width of the house is 5.40 m (net width 5.15 m). The house is 11.20 m deep (ground floor and mezzanine floor) resp. 10.20m deep (second floor).
