The National Monument has already been restored on the outside and is offered as two

collaboration with MonumentIn, we looked at a good layout, in which monument
conservation also cooperated and the existing subsidy options for monuments. In the
current design, both houses have their own driveway and a spacious garden with the
possibility of an outbuilding / guesthouse or garage.

The plot has a total area of approximately 2,992 mē and is divided into two lots:

Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk 87 (front house):

Living area approx. 251 m2 (depending on the layout)

Nieuw- Loosdrechtsedijk 89 (secret annexe)

Living area approx. 220 m2 (depending on the layout)
Your wishes can be incorporated in the renovation plan in consultation with the parties
involved, and a renovation offer based on current drawings is also available. In addition,
