Located on the Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk, this unique national monument is being
renovated. It is a beautifully situated unique monumental farmhouse (built 1678)
located on a perfect location. The farm is located near the fantastic Loosdrechtse
Plassen and also within cycling distance of various schools, shopping center and the
cosiness of Hilversum.
The National Monument has already been restored on the outside and is offered as two
houses in shell, being the front house (no. 87) and the rear house (no. 89). In
collaboration with MonumentIn, we looked at a good layout, in which monument
conservation also cooperated and the existing subsidy options for monuments. In the
current design, both houses have their own driveway and a spacious garden with the
possibility of an outbuilding / guesthouse or garage.
The plot has a total area of approximately 2,992 mē and is divided into two lots:
Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk 87 (front house):
Living area approx. 251 m2 (depending on the layout)
Nieuw- Loosdrechtsedijk 89 (secret annexe)
Living area approx. 220 m2 (depending on the layout)
Your wishes can be incorporated in the renovation plan in consultation with the parties
involved, and a renovation offer based on current drawings is also available. In addition,
MonumentIn can guide you in the subsidy application.
The exact measurement by the land registry of the parcels has yet to be done.
