This house is perhaps one of the most special houses in Almere. The house was designed by Valk Architecten from Soest and is mentioned in the Almere Architectural Guide. The special finish with wooden, accents at the window frames and an architecturally hidden front door are a few points to mention. The sloping roof means that the living room is 4 meters high at the highest point!
Moreover, the house is tactically placed on the corner lot, so that the front and back garden are both usable and there is always a nice place in the sun or in the shade.

The house is also special because of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, a large garage/ storage room, and a basement under the entire house, with two large windows. The basement is used as a hobby room, now for a model railway. But this multi-purpose room is also very suitable as a work or storage space, for example.

Entrance, spacious hall with access to the toilet and living room with open kitchen. From the living room, there is access to two bedrooms, the largest of which has access to a bathroom with a second toilet. The small room is used as a hobby/work room. On the other side of the living room, there is access to an intermediate hall. Here you enter the staircase to the first floor and to the basement and is also the passage to the garage. You can really enjoy yourself in this large kitchen with a cooking island. There is a lot of storage and workspace and you can really lose yourself in here. The kitchen has hard stone worktops and built-in appliances such as an oven, plates warmer, 4-burner ceramic hob with chimney, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. A nice place has been created on the kitchen island where you can eat with several people.

The house has four bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor. Here is also the master bedroom with access to the bathroom. This room has a special custom-made closet wall making use of a deep sloping wall

The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, two sinks, a walk-in shower, and a second toilet.
On the first floor, there is a simple shower, both rooms have their own washbasin. The toilet can be found here in the corridor.

Due to the way in which the house is situated on the plot, the house has a garden with various places to sit. The garden is now very special, due to the model railway that has been built around the house. The railway comes from the basement, from where the model trains can make their rounds around the house. Unless otherwise agreed, this job will be completely removed by the seller. There is enough space to build your own parking spaces. By placing a hedge, you can easily create more privacy.

Garage / Storage room
There is an indoor storage room of 7.4 x 2.9 meters. Space is heated with a radiator and here is the setup for the boiler and the washing machine and dryer.

You reach the basement of 104 m2 with a fixed staircase and the temperature here is always 18 degrees Celcius. A cellar is something you don't often find in Almere and certainly not of this size! Space is therefore not used as storage space, but as a hobby room, for which this space is more than suitable. Public transport is excellently arranged in Almere and by car, you are within 2 minutes on the A6 and quickly on or the A27 and A1.
