A supermarket and a convenience store are within walking or short cycling distance of the house. The bus stop is only 100 to 150 m away, while the train station of Zaandam is within cycling distance. From here, there are frequent, direct train connections to Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central Station, among other places. By car, you can be on the A8 motorway in a few minutes, which connects with the A10 ring road around Amsterdam. It will take you about 20 minutes to get to Schiphol Airport.

Layout of the house:
Through the tiled front garden you reach the front door. Entrance with meter closet, stairs to the first floor and access to the living room with open kitchen. From the living room there is access to a hall at the rear of the house, where a closet with the central heating system, access to the beautifully tiled floating toilet with hand basin and a large storage closet are located. This hallway also provides access to the backyard. The living room is located at the front of the house and has two high windows. In the living room there are two fixed closets. Both the living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with airco-units. The L-shaped open kitchen with high gloss white fronts and a dark worktop is located at the rear.
