This is really a nice and spacious (110 m2) family house! In 2019 it has been completely renovated and everything looks pico bello. The house has a bright, garden-oriented living room and no less than four bedrooms, a practical L-shaped kitchen and neat plumbing. In addition, in summer you can enjoy the maintenance-friendly, sheltered back garden, where there is plenty of room for a lovely lounge area and where children can play to their hearts' content!

This house (1983) is situated on a quiet road in the child-friendly neighbourhood Purmer Noord. In this district you will find many green areas. The house is a short walk from the Gildeplein shopping centre, where you will find several supermarkets, some (takeaway) restaurants and a wide range of shops. Childcare and primary school are also within walking distance of the house, while secondary education can be reached by bike in a short time. Near the house, there are also some medical facilities and the park De Uitvlugt. Various sports facilities are easily accessible by bike.
The bus stop is a few minutes' walk away and the train station is just over 5 minutes' cycling distance. There are good connections to Amsterdam, among other places. The A7 motorway can be reached by car in about 5 minutes. This connects to the A8 and, a little further down, to the A10 ring road around Amsterdam.

Layout of the house:
Entrance with wardrobe and meter closet, neatly tiled toilet with hand basin, staircase to the first floor and access to the living room with open kitchen. The garden-oriented living room has a wide window at the rear with a door to the garden. At the front is the L-shaped kitchen located. It has creamy white fronts and the following appliances are available: a new dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction cooker, a fridge and a freezer. The ground floor has laminate flooring and the walls and ceilings are neatly finished.

First floor:
Through the staircase you reach the landing of the first floor. Here you will find two nicely finished bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom is located on the garden side and has extra storage space under the sloping roof. Daylight comes in through a Velux skylight. The second bedroom is located at the front, next to the bathroom. This floor is also laminated. The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit with sink and mirror and a toilet. Also a connection for washer and dryer can be found here.

Second floor:
Through the open staircase you reach the landing of the second floor. Here are two nicely finished bedrooms, and another connection for washer and dryer. Also on this floor is laminate flooring. In the bedrooms and on the landing, daylight enters through windows.

The house has a sheltered, tiled and spacious backyard with a planter and a stone shed with electricity. In the summer it is lovely to stay here. The garden is spacious enough for a nice lounge area or to place a dining table in the summer for outside dining. Children can play safely to your heart's content. There is a back entrance.

Purmerend was originally a fishing village, but a banker from Amsterdam was allowed to build a castle there, which was completed in 1413. 31 years later Purmerend was given a charter to become a city. There is a large indoor shopping centre in the middle of Purmerend that has all of the major shops and stores that you will usually find in any Dutch town or city. It also houses some small, interesting and eclectic shops, however, and more of these can be found in the surrounding streets. There is an interesting little market close to the shopping centre as well.

Your purchasing agent knows the market like no other

When you enlist the services of a purchasing agent who is affiliated with the MVA or NVM, you can be sure he or she knows all the ins and outs of the relevant market. Especially when housing prices are volatile, you can be assured that your estate agent is taking all the necessary factors into account.
