Layout of the house:
Through the tiled, hedged front garden you reach the front door. The entrance is equipped with a video intercom system. The living room is garden-oriented and has at the rear two high, wide windows with sliding doors to the garden. Here is room for a spacious sitting area. On the floor of the living room is parquet and the walls and ceiling are neatly finished in a light colour scheme. The half-open L-shaped kitchen with high gloss off-white/cream fronts and cupboards up to the ceiling is situated at the front. You will find the following integrated appliances: dishwasher (Miele), hot air oven (Miele), combi-microwave (Miele, stainless steel, 90 cm), extractor hood (two motors with stainless steel back wall), fridge (Bosch), large ceramic cooker (90 cm, automatic, Miele), as well as a cooking water tap and the kitchen boiler. In the kitchen there are spotlights with a dimmer. The Luxaflex electric window system can be taken over if desired.

First floor:
Via the stairs in the living room you reach the landing of the first floor. This provides access to two very spacious bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom is at the front, the other at the back of the house. The latter can easily be split to create two rooms. This has been taken into account when placing the fronts. This bedroom has wall-to-wall room-high windows with double doors opening onto a French balcony with a view of the Bovenkerkerpolder. The bedroom at the front also has doors to a French balcony. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space by means of fixed closets. There is laminate flooring and walls and ceilings are finished to a high standard. The tiling is mosaic yellow with decorative edges and you will find a floating toilet, a bathtub, a vanity unit with lots of closet space and a walk-in shower.

Second floor:
On this floor you will find a spacious attic with lots of storage space through fixed closets. Here you will find carpeting on the floor. On this floor a dormer has been realized at the rear. A third bedroom or a spacious office can easily be realized here. Also here is the lockable laundry room with washbasin and tap situated. You will also find the central heating boiler and the connections for washing machine and dryer here.

Third floor:
Here you will find a (storage) attic over the entire width.

Garden:
The large, wide garden with fountain and beautiful planting has been landscaped under architecture and is partly green, partly tiled with bricks. The backyard faces south. The side of the house is also tiled (and locked with gates), so you can walk around the house. In the backyard is a canopy and a wooden storage room with electricity, which can be operated from the house. This also applies to the garden lighting. There are also water taps and an automatic sprinkler system in front and behind the house. There are (partly automatic) awnings at the back.
