Maximum living pleasure (approx. 164m2)! We dare to say that with this split-level house. During the construction of the house, extra living space was chosen in the bedrooms instead of a balcony. The house is beautifully situated in the car-free young residential area "Park de Meer".
On the west side of the district, completely surrounded by the nature park De Meer, lies this dead-end part of the Stade de Colombes - also known as the gold coast. With the well-known City Villas on the odd side and this mansion on the water on the even South side; a unique piece where a house is rarely released. The neighborhood has an open and varied character and is surrounded by lots of water and greenery, laid out as an Ecopark. Within walking distance you have a wide variety of (sports) facilities, such as the restaurant and terrace of Jaap, ice rink with fitness, the athletics track, tennis, hockey, football, etc. You will also find a large "nature play" playground around the corner. playground for children. The quiet street - with only local traffic for residents of this part of Stade - is child-friendly and the neighborhood has a tasteful and playful design. In the immediate vicinity are excellent schools (Montessori, WSV, Dalton), beautiful shops, sports facilities, roads (A1, A2 and ring A10), public transport such as tram 9 and NS Station Science Park.

Layout: Entrance in the hallway. From the hallway you have access to the fusebox, the toilet with hand basin, the living room and the stairs to the first floor. The open kitchen located at the front has plenty of cupboard space, room for a good dining table and is equipped with various built-in appliances such as: a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven with hot air and a fridge with separate freezer. The garden-oriented living room has, just like the rest of this floor, a beautiful wooden floor and plastered walls. The playfulness of the high ceiling (1st and 2nd floor), the split-level in the living room, in combination with the extension of the living room, gives the whole a pleasant and atmospheric character with beautiful spacious light.

First floor: You reach the first floor via the staircase in the hall. Through the landing you have access to 2 bedrooms at the rear and 1 spacious bedroom at the front, again with high ceilings. All have smooth plastered walls. Then we have the tiled spacious bathroom on this floor. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, sink, 2nd toilet and a radiator.

Second floor: You reach the landing via the open staircase. This floor is very spacious and offers many possibilities, including water supply and drainage for washing machine and dryer (or additional bathroom to be realized). It is currently divided into a landing and two good bedroom / study rooms, both with French balcony and a loft bed for the children.

Garden: After a day of hard work, enjoy the water with a glass of wine. That's what this backyard offers you! The garden is attractively landscaped, located on the sunny southwest, with artificial grass and sandpit for the children and a beautifully landscaped jetty with built-in bench -as a lovely sun terrace- on the water.

Storage: At the front is a large stone storage room with electricity.

Parking: This house has one (official) parking space on site.
Nevertheless, the house offers the opportunity to put two cars next to each other if desired.

In short: A beautifully spacious, light and unique object, lots of living space and unique because of its location and size. Such a house is very exceptional within the Amsterdam Ring and within cycling distance of the center!

Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.
