Great three-room apartment of over 55 m on the third floor and an attic room / storage room of almost 10 m on the top floor of a characteristic pre-war building in the Hoofddorppleinbuurt in Amsterdam South. The apartment has a balcony at the rear.

The entrance on the third floor is via the communal entrance on the ground floor. Bright hall with L-shaped living room at the front, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, with patio doors to the balcony (east) at the rear.

The adjacent room is suitable as an office or bedroom. The kitchen is at the rear where there are also two (bed) rooms that all have access to the balcony (east). The bathroom, tiled with white wall tiles, has a shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator.

This is a former rental home. The house was renovated a few years ago. The house is equipped with double glazing.

The Hoofddorppleinbuurt in Amsterdam South is a charming 1930s neighborhood with a wide variety of shops. Both the large chains such as Hema, Etos and Dirk van den Broek, but also many unique and specialist shops (such as the great Turkish supermarket on the corner and wine trade Ton Overmars). And a variety of new thriving food and beverage outlets.
The Hoofddorppleinbuurt is actually a small village in a big city. From here you can reach Leidseplein in 10 minutes by bike, but in 10 minutes cycling in the other direction you can enjoy recreation on and in the water of the Nieuwe Meer or the Amsterdamse Bos.
The Stolwijkstraat itself is a child-friendly and quiet one-way street with wide sidewalks.
The ring road can be reached within 3 minutes by car (S107 and S106) and there is also a lot of public transport within walking distance (into the center, towards Schiphol and other sides).

The Association of Owners Stolwijkstraat 29 is managed by Yepro and has 4 members. The property was split into 4 apartment rights in 2007 with a permit. The service costs are 124.25 per month.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.

That means the ground on which the property is located belongs to multiple people. This can lead to complications when you’re trying to figure out the extra costs before buying the apartment.
