On the east side of Amstelveen, at the intersection of Westelijk- and Oostelijk Halfond with De Evenaar, this municipal monument designed by Rietveld is located. The villa stands on its own land. All urban facilities are available in the area, such as the shopping centers Kostverloren and Bankrashof, a medical center, schools, but also nature reserves situated around the Amstel.

Details such as a so-called milk farmer's cupboard, where groceries can be placed, make this house so charming.
