The International School of Amsterdam is only 10 minutes away, just like several other elementary schools and high schools. The metro station Meent is within walking distance and the A9 motorway can be reached in a few minutes by car, providing quick access to the A2, A4 and A10 ring road around Amsterdam.

Laying of the house;
Via the paved driveway / front yard with access to the (former) garage, you find the beautiful front door. Through there you make your way to the hallway with staircase and access to the bathroom and first bedroom. This bedroom has access to the backyard. Third floor;
The attic is divided into two bedrooms that are connected to each other. You first enter through the bedroom on the streetside and because of the dormer the room is actually pretty spacious. The other room is very light, mainly because of the rooftop window. You could also make these two bedrooms into one big room when you remove the wall that divides them.

Garden;
The garden faces the westside, and is accessible through the broad sliding doors on the ground floor. The garden is mainly tiled and in the back you can find an isolated wooden shed, for extra storage space.
